Ethics Statement
The Biol is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE. The Biol maintains high ethical guidelines and a strict peer review process to guarantee that only outstanding scientific research is included in scientific journals. Unfortunately, plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like arise. The Biol takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously, and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero-tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use Turnitin to check submissions against previous publications.
The journal seeks to apply scientific rigor to the study of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) modalities, particularly traditional Asian healing systems. The Biol emphasizes health outcome, while documenting biological mechanisms of action. The journal is devoted to the advancement of science in the field of basic research, methodology or scientific theory in diverse areas of Biomedical Sciences. The journal does not consider articles on homeopathy.
Types of Contributions:
The Biol Publication contributions under the following headings:
- Original Articles: Original articles with clear, thorough text that fits within The Biol scope are considered. Authors are strongly encouraged to include all experimental information to guarantee the results’ repeatability.
- Reviews: reviews and interpretations, such as an introduction, key updates, or current advancements in a certain field of study, should be included in the research. The Journal of The Biol encourages ideas on subjects of great interest and provides scholars with helpful material and invited reviews by subject-matter experts.
- Short Communications: Include brief, original research articles and short reports relevant to the journal’s scope. Though authors should not unnecessarily divide their work into several related manuscripts, short Communications of preliminary but significant results will be considered.
- Opinions: The authors’ short, clear, concise, and logical opinions on topics relevant to the journal’s scope stimulate discussions within the topic or present a viewpoint.
